Winterday for IB students – Ellivuori

Rotary Youth Exchange organizes a Sunday afternoon meeting in Ellivuori Hotel and Ski Center for the IB exchange students living in the District 1410. Also host families are welcome.

The meeting will be held on March 3rd 2024 and is organized by Vammala Rotary Club.

Registration

Student’s host club will pay the expences of the winterday (including transports). Club YEO will register their own student to the meeting via THIS LINK

Host club YEO: When registering, carefully fill in student name, phone number, host club and whether the student will only participate or if he/she needs a slope ticket and ski equipment rental. We kindly ask to inform us about the pickup time and place, leaving time and place so we can escort the student to the right transport. Also inform if the student will get a ride and don’t need the pickup. Registration must be done no later than February 26th
