Rotarians are a non-religious and non-political, most effective charity organisation. The unique national and world wide community and project funding are the best the Rotary movement has to offer to each of its members. Worldwide Rotary includes a total of about 540 districts with 1.2 million members. Finland’s five districts have almost 9,000 members.

The club and individual Rotarians are the most important basic units of Rotary. Rotary brings together societal influencers and experts in their fields from all cultures and professions.
