High-quality speakers and a good atmosphere. Excellent main course. All in all a good training. The event created a strong need to evaluate and develop one’s own club and one’s own skill level. I liked it! Thank you. This is the kind of feedback given by the participants of this Rotary year’s advanced Rotary Leadership Institute (RLI) training.
RLI is a worldwide training program consisting of three sessions, offering participants an excellent opportunity to strengthen their Rotary expertise. The modules “Me as a Rotarian,” “My Rotary Club,” and “My Expanding Rotary World” are implemented under the guidance of expert facilitators. The working method is conversational and includes plenty of group work. Networking with other Rotarians in the district is a significant part of the positive learning experience.
The district is responsible for the event’s arrangements, content, and materials. The tasty catering from Hyvinvointikeskus Poukanville is an important part of the training. Participants pay for their own meals.
This year’s training is attended by Rotarians interested in developing themselves and their clubs from the following clubs in our district: Huittinen, Kokemäki, Kyrösjärvi, Laitila, Nagu, Raisio Jokilaakso, Rauma Hauenguan, Turku, Turku Aboa Nova, and Turku Samppalinna. The final part of the training will be held in Laitila on 10.1.2026.
