District 1390 is organizing the annual conference for Rotary year 2023-2024 this time at 21st and 22nd October 2023 in Hämeenlinna.
The key focus areas of the conference is in security and conflict prevention which is supporting the Rotary annual theme:
CREATE HOPE IN THE WORLD!
Conference is carried out in two days and two parts.
Saturday will kick off with security seminar in which we have high level speakers who have expertise level knowledge in this area.
Key note speaker is a member of Rotary Club Vanajavesi and currently Minister of Transport and Communications Mrs Lulu Ranne.
Second speaker is from the Deference Ministry, the Chief Secretary Mr. Esa Pulkkinen and the Mediator Mrs Piritta Virtanen.
The day will end in Governors Ball gala dinner.
Sunday we will gather together for the morning in Rotary seminar and we will hear many interesting lectures about Rotary in Island and Shelter Box update.
RID 2020-2022 Mrs Virpi Honkala will bring the latest news and updates from the Rotary International to the conference.
We will end the conference with Official District Meeting.
This conference is meant for all Rotarians and their partners and we hope to see you all in large numbers in Hämeenlinna.
