The World Village Festival hosts Rotary tent, too!

The World Village Festival is held in Helsinki annually in May. This free event, attracting tens of thousands of visitors, offers a wide range of culture, discussions focused on sustainability themes, and inspiring activities for the whole family.

The World Village Festival takes place on 16–17 May 2026 in the Lasipalatsi District, Helsinki. At our district tent, we will be telling people about Rotary and looking for new host families for exchange students.

Joining us will be the district’s exchange students as well as at least the following clubs: Verkkorotary, Finlandia Hall, Helsingin RK, Meri-Espoo, Tammisaari-Ekenäs, Kluuvi and Maneesi.

The programme includes concerts from around the world, thought-provoking speeches and organisations. This year’s festival theme is “FREEDOM”.
