It is now high time to update your club’s officers in the membership system of Rotary Finland. The instructions can be found in the news section of the website dated 30 September 2025. Link: Romeo Instructions
It is very important that at the beginning of the new Rotary year all club officers are correctly recorded, so that all communication from RI, the district and the committees reaches the right people.
When the new Rotary year begins on 1 July 2026, the officers of the current year will no longer receive, for example, president or secretary communications.
Please also remember that Finnish clubs must report their new responsible officers to the Finnish Patent and Registration Office (PRH).
