The Rotary Club of Rovaniemi gathered for its 34th weekly meeting today at Hotel Santa Claus. This week’s presentation was held by brother Hannu Linjakumpu, who works as the head of the unit at Lapland’s ELY center.
In his presentation “Current rural administration”, he gave a picture of the situation both at home and at the EU level. Many things will change and have already changed in a short period of time, both in organizations and also in terms of subsidies.
Brother Hannu told about the outlook for the next planning period and also about how the restructuring of the authority organizations is progressing. The interesting and perceptive presentation sparked a lively discussion in the audience.
