Dear Rotarians,
Soon, Rotary in Finland will celebrate its 100th anniversary – and just a few years later, the same milestone awaits Estonia. Our clubs have wonderful projects: we are changing the world, our communities, and also ourselves for the better. In our Nordic modesty, we may not talk about this much – but in fact, we have every reason to be proud.
During my year as governor, I have seen with my own eyes the amazing work our clubs are doing. Please – let’s talk about it! Share the stories of your projects and of your wonderful club members.
Theme this year was The Magic of Rotary. One of the magical achievements has been the launch of the District News. It already has many readers – which shows that Rotarians truly care about what is happening in our district. We are proud of our clubs – so let’s share that pride with others!
