The new version of the national membership information system (rekisteri.rotary.fi) will be deployed on 1st of October 2025. The new version will run on a new server (romeo.rotary.fi). The old address will be redirected to the new one, so the server change does not require any action from users.
In addition to the existing username and password combination, you can also log in to the new version with your email address registered in your membership information. When logging in, you will receive a one-time login key to your email, so you will not need to remember a password. If you are the president, 1st secretary, or 2nd secretary of your club in the current or upcoming Rotary year, you will automatically receive administrator rights. Otherwise, you will have read-only access. The former corresponds to the old adm login, and the latter corresponds to the old club member login.
After the transition period, the old club logins will no longer work. This will be announced separately. District logins will remain in use for the time being.
As part of the update, the “President Elect” role will be removed from our membership information system. In the future, the club president will only be entered once for the Rotary year in which they serve.
The reason behind this change is RI’s decision to prohibit data transfers based on nightly batch transfers from local systems to the RI system. Because of this, a new real-time connection to the RI system had to be implemented in our membership information system. From now on, changes to membership information will be updated simultaneously in both our national system and the RI system, whereas previously the updates took place during the following night.
As a reminder, Rotary clubs always maintain membership information in the national system, from which the information is automatically—and now also in real time—transferred to MyRotary.
