Leadership Training for Youth
NOTE. Add a subpage/link to RYLA activity if your club organises RYLA training. You can also write the text on this page, but – in that case – please use subheadings and pictures.
RYLA (Rotary Youth Leadership Awards)
RYLA is a Rotary youth activity that trains proactive young people between the ages of 14 and 30 in entrepreneurship and leadership. This takes place in RYLA seminars organised by Rotary. There we strive to improve e.g. the youth’s good judgment, decision-making capacity and talent for performing in public. The trainers are members of the local Rotary club or other experts in various areas of expertise. They tell the participants about their own experiences with regard to their occupation and leadership or management skills.
