Clubs in Kokkola<\/h1>\n

There are two clubs in Kokkola: Kokkola-Gamlakarleby Rotary Club and Kokkola-Hakalax Rotary Club.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Kokkola-Gamlakarleby Rotary Club has approximately 30 members, and Kokkola-Hakalax Rotary Club has approximately 35 members. The members come from various professions.<\/span><\/p>\n

The central activity of Rotary is club meetings, which are typically held once a week at the same time and place.<\/span><\/p>\n

Kokkola Rotarians gather for a joint lunch meeting on Mondays. From autumn to spring (September to May), the meetings are held at Restaurant S\u00e4lskapsklubben from 11:45 AM to 1:00 PM. In the summer months of June and August, the meetings take place at the Summer Restaurant Mustakari at the same time. There are no meetings in July.<\/span><\/p>\n

The presentations and talks held during club meetings are a cornerstone of our activities. The presentations are delivered by club members or invited experts, discussing professional perspectives or other current topics.<\/span><\/p>\n

The meetings are open to everyone. You are welcome to attend and enjoy interesting presentations while participating in our activities!<\/span><\/p>\n

In addition to club meetings, we organize various other activities such as company visits, lectures, or different member evenings.<\/span><\/p>\n

We also carry out various service projects, the most well-known of which has been the public speaking competition organized for ninth-graders in Kokkola.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n
