RYLA (Rotary Youth Leadership Awards)<\/strong><\/p>\n RYLA is a Rotary youth activity that trains proactive young people between the ages of 14 and 30 in entrepreneurship and leadership. This takes place in RYLA seminars organised by Rotary. There we strive to improve e.g. the youth\u2019s good judgment, decision-making capacity and talent for performing in public. The trainers are members of the local Rotary club or other experts in various areas of expertise.
