Kurssin tarkoituksena on rohkaista aikuisuuden kynnyksell\u00e4 olevia naisia tarttumaan ty\u00f6el\u00e4m\u00e4ss\u00e4 haastaviin johtamisteht\u00e4viin. Kurssilla opiskelijat tutustuvat johtamiskirjallisuuteen, osallistuvat luennoille ja haastattelevat naisjohtajia loppuraporttejaan varten. Kurssi huipentuu toukokuussa arvokkaaseen p\u00e4\u00e4t\u00f6sjuhlaan.<\/p>\n<p>Johtamista k\u00e4sittelev\u00e4 kurssi toteutetaan Tammer Novan j\u00e4senien yhteisty\u00f6ll\u00e4 ja lukion opinto-ohjaajien my\u00f6t\u00e4vaikutuksella. Kurssi on suunnattu lukion toisen vuosikurssin opiskelijoille ja se on hyv\u00e4ksytty Tampereella ymp\u00e4rist\u00f6- ja yhteiskuntatieteisiin yhden lukiokurssin arvoiseksi kurssiksi. Kustakin Tampereen lukiosta otetaan vuosittain kaksi oppilasta kurssille, yhteens\u00e4 enint\u00e4\u00e4n 18 osallistujaa. Paikalliset yritykset ja organisaatiot tarjoavat kurssin l\u00e4hip\u00e4ivien opiskelutilan. N\u00e4in nuoret saavat mahdollisuuden tutustua eri alan toimijoihin ja ty\u00f6teht\u00e4viin.<\/p>\n<p>Vuosikymmenen aikana kurssilla on ollut mukana yli 150 opiskelijaa. Vierailuja on tehty 30 eri organisaatiossa, joissa naisjohtajat tai -esimiehet ovat kertoneet omasta urastaan. Lis\u00e4ksi loppuraportteja varten on haastateltu kymmeni\u00e4 muita naisjohtajia.
