Jokaista rotarypiiri\u00e4 johtaa kuvern\u00f6\u00f6ri. H\u00e4nell\u00e4 on tukenaan piirineuvosto, piirikomiteat ja piirin eri alueiden apulaiskuvern\u00f6\u00f6rit. Piirikuvern\u00f6\u00f6ri vierailee kaikissa piirins\u00e4 klubeissa toimivuotensa aikana.<\/p>\n

Piirin nime\u00e4miskomitea valitsee klubien asettamista ehdokkaista sopivimmaksi katsomansa kuvern\u00f6\u00f6rin. Tuleva kuvern\u00f6\u00f6ri nimitet\u00e4\u00e4n Rotary Internationalin maailmankonferenssissa.<\/p>\n
