The Rotary umbrella organization is\u00a0Rotary International<\/b>\u00a0\u2018RI\u2019.<\/p>\n The highest decision-making body of the RI is annual\u00a0Rotary International Convention<\/b>, to which each club has the right to send an official representative. Each Rotary has the right to participate informally. The meeting language of RI is English. World conventions are held around the world: Houston 2022, Melbourne 2023, Singapore 2024, Calgary 2025.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n RI’s lead figure is the yearly changing\u00a0Rotary International President\u00a0<\/b>\u2018RIP\u2019.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n The RI executive body is the\u00a0Board<\/b>, which consists of the RI president, future president, and 17 directors (RID).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n RI is headquartered in\u00a0Evanston<\/b>, Illinois, near Chicago. There are about 530 staff members under the leadership of the\u00a0Secretary-General<\/b>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n RI also has six\u00a0International Offices<\/b>\u00a0around the globe. The work of TRF is based on voluntary donations and capital revenue, which are channelled to training and education projects and humanitarian aid.<\/p>\n An important incentive is the granting of Paul Harris Fellow Awards, one for each donation of one thousand dollars. Globally, over one million PHF Awards have been granted.
