Vaasan Rotaryklubi kutsui minut j\u00e4senekseen vuonna 2002. P\u00e4\u00e4sin heti mukaan nuorisovaihtotoimintaan, aluksi apumiehen\u00e4, sitten vastaavana. Presidenttikauteni ajoittui vuoteen 2010\u20132011, jolloin klubimme t\u00e4ytti 75 vuotta. Apulaiskuvern\u00f6\u00f6rin\u00e4 toimin 4-vuotiskauden 2015\u20132019.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Koulutukseltani olen filosofian tohtori (Pohjoismainen historia, \u00c5bo Akademi). Vuodesta 2000 olen toiminut Vaasan maakunta-arkiston, nykyisen Kansallisarkiston Vaasan toimipaikan johtajana. T\u00e4ll\u00e4 haavaa olen virkavapaalla ja toimin tutkijatohtorina Jyv\u00e4skyl\u00e4n yliopistossa Suomen Akatemian rahoittamassa tutkimushankkeessa \u2019Korruption j\u00e4ljill\u00e4. Korruptio ja huono hallinto Ruotsissa ja Suomessa noin 1614\u20131917\u2019.<\/p>\n

Perheeseeni kuuluu mieheni Kimmo sek\u00e4 kaksi aikuista, jo pes\u00e4st\u00e4 lenn\u00e4ht\u00e4nytt\u00e4 poikaa. Erilaiset liikuntaharrastukset sek\u00e4 yhdistystoiminta kuuluvat meid\u00e4n molempien vapaa-aikaan.\u00a0<\/p>\n
